We won't be drawing in down dog or anything but we will be using body and breath techniques to find a connection to our inner artist.

Who is this workshop for? Anyone who feels called to express themselves

through any art form and could use a little relaxation to create more freely

and without judgement.

Art materials will be provided but feel free

to bring your favorite art material along.

(journal, pen, paints ect). 

* Please note this is not licensed therapy, but some of the techniques we will be using may be used in art therapy.
